High creatinine : Before i can answer your question, i need to know your height and weight. If you are a tall person with a large amount of muscle mass, it is less serious than if you have less muscle mass. See a nephrologist to take a history to see if you have high BP or diabetes. You also need a renal ultrasound and a 24 hour urine collection to assess your renal function and to see if you have proteinuria.

Kidney injury.: A creatinine of that level suggests significant reduction in kidney function. This can be acute or chronic, reversible or irreversible. You should have prompt referral to a nephrologist who can help determine the nature of your kidney disease based on your medical history, exam, and pertinent labs and studies. In the meantime, avoid nsaids. Be well.
