You will have 2 wait: Sorry to hear about the miscarriage. Without surgery you will have to wait for all the products of conception to pass. The you will wait a few weeks for your bhcg hormone to drop to zero. Then you will wait until you start ovulating again which should be 2-6 weeks after the bhcg goes to zero.
