DHA & EPA: If you mean better brain development in a baby, you need plenty of dha (an essential fatty acid that's a component of fish oil, along with epa). It's also needed for healthy brain maintenance in adults. Your body can make dha from flax and blue-green algae, but not very efficiently. Calamarine supplements (from tiny squid) are another option. Epa is important also, especially vs. Inflammation.
