What are some tips for dealing with infant loss?

Give yourself time: No easy answer for a loss such as this. Allow yourself to grieve, but get support from someone to do this. It may be your significant other, a family member, clergy a close friend. You have lost a part of yourself - give yourself time, have faith and hope that things happen for a reason. It may not be clear right now why you, but you will get through this.

You can be sad: Allow yourself to grieve. You need to allow yourself the liberty and time to feel sad about your loss before you can move on. This is a normal stage of mourning.
