Maybe: While menstrual pains and low back pains are common in early pregnancy they can sometimes be warning signs of a miscarriage or other problem. Until you have had a sonogram confirming the baby is developing normally in her uterus it is hard to be sure whether or not everything is fine. Best to be seen and get your sonogram done.
