Laryngitis?: Possible viral respiratory infection. Treat symptoms: nsaid/tylenol of pain/fever; gargling with warm salt water to soothe throat; saline nasal spray to loosen drainage; otc cough prep; voice rest. If severe cough, fever over 101º, getting worse, see fp for further evaluation & treatment.
