Not usually: Masturbation should not have an impact on fertility. For a woman it would not impact ovulation. For a man, the sperm are constantly being produced and replaced, so masturbation should not impact fertility.

Nope: Unless masturbation interferes with your ability to live your life and function successfully in the world then feel free to continue. Masturbation is a normal part of life.

Although: Some men that masturbate several times in a day can in fact deplete semen faster then they can make it. This is why we often recommend that couples take a break between days of intercourse during their ovulation time. Ie intercourse every other day. We have seen several cases of low sperm counts due to very frequent sessions of intercourse and or masturbation.
