Other ideas: There are several causes of bad smelling vaginal discharge and testing is needed to determine the cause and treatment. The most likely is bacterial vaginosis. Trichomoniasis and other stds can do this. Urinary incontinence can do this. A fistula which is an abnormal connection between organs can do this. People can leak urine or stool into the vagina. Ask for testing.
