Issues: If your partner climaxes early it may be something he can address via squeeze technique or even medications. Occasionally medications, drugs/alcohol, or altered hormone levels can be responsible for lack of vaginal orgasm. There are other strategies one could consider. Position changes : There are 2 types of female orgasm: vaginal (penetration) & clitoral. Some women may only orgasm with one or other. With intercourse, attempt different positions which allow your partner to place more pressure on the clitoris. This may help. Also, have open communication with your partner about your needs.
