Use caution: Teens are exploring and trying to learn their identities. If you confront him too bluntly, you may shame him into isolation. Should not just ignore, either, as safe sex decisions must be taught. Could discuss from this approach broadly as to sexual health w/female--or male partner(s) and need for protection and common sense. Could be phase, could be who he is--it has genetic roots, not lifestyle.
