See prenatal care: The first step is to see an obgyn asap and establish care. They will address her specific needs and design a plan of care. Admission for detox may be necessary. Fetal monitoring with serial sonograms, nst or biopshysical profiles may be needed. A sonogram to assess fetal growth will be important. Drug and alcohol cessation will be key.

Not much: At this point, there is not much that can be done except hope for the best. I would at least get an ultrasound to exclude any significant malformations so you could be prepared at the time of delivery.

See answer: There are a lot of variables to your question, sit down with your obgyn and discuss. How much alcohol/what kind? How much meth? How often? High risk concerns? First thing to do though is to get a anatomy scan to see how your baby is doing
