Motion sickness: The loss of "stabilization" by the steering wheel can be a big deal to some folks. So can change in visual perspective, if you spend too much time looking at things inside the vehicle (like the driver, or try to read, etc.). Next trip, try watching down road / near the horizon, and see if that improves / prevents symptoms.
