You have migraine: Migraines are intermittent disabling headaches. Symptoms include light and sound sensitivity, nausea, vomiting, and confusion. Migraine is inherited. Someone in your family also has headaches. You have inherited a very sensitive nervous system which is easily "activated" by certain triggers. Migraines last 4-72 hours. In between attacks patients are fine. Magnesium oxide 250 mg at bed is good 4 u.

No: Brain tumors can present in nonspecific ways but there is nothing in your history that is "typical" of brain tumor or clot. I think either would be highly unlikely.
