Don't worry be happy: If it comes back, then yes, seek a neurologist for further workup. If it never comes back, it could be myriad things *but it went away*, so likely it will never bother you again. Red flags to warrant concern, among others, could include change in vision, vertigo or disequilibrium, headache that comes with change of position, or neck pain radiating into the head, arms or back.
