Complex: This is a serious concern in a guy your age. Was the loss of sensation caused by anything in particular? Did you have an injury? A refractory erection (>4 hours)? How long have you been lacking sensation? Do you have any other medical conditions - diabetes, high blood pressure, and drug use? I strong;y recommend you see a neurologist or dermatologists as soon as you can.
