Could be infection: Urinary tract infections can cause urinary frequency, urgency and suprapubic (stomach) discomfort. This can only be diagnosed by testing your urine (ie performing an urinalysis). I would advise you to be evaluated by your medical doctor as you may need antibiotics if your symptoms are due to an infection.
