2 possibilities: You could be an excellent pill taker and be lucky. The birth control pill may actually lighten and shorten your period so much that you don't have a period. If this happens, then you need to watch for the other signs of pregnancy: tender/enlarged breasts, nausea, abdominal fullness, etc. Otherwise, you could be pregnant -- maybe it's time to get a home pregnancy test to check it out!
