I have diarrhea for over 6-8 months, as of few days ago i cannot have a bowel movement i have taken laxative and no help. i may have intestine block?

Less likely: Intestinal block usually gets worse with increasing abdominal pain, persistent nausea, vomiting, fever, etc. Go see a gastroenterologist and be tested for multiple causes of diarrhea, including infection, inflammation, auto-immnune conditions etc. If everything is ruled out, you more likely have ibs/ irritable bowel syndrome.
