How can i kick nicotine chewing gum?

May be difficult: I am going to assume that you got hooked on gum to quit tobacco. Good for you. Now getting off the gum may be just as hard as quitting cold turkey. You can try and gradually reduce the number of pieces chewed daily until it is easier to quit or you may want to talk to your doctor about a medication called Chantix that has helped many people quit tobacco.

Prescription rx: Have your physician prescribe Chantix instead of the gum.....Is an anti-addiction drug.
