Maybe: Depends on the type of pain. Neuropathic pain can be treated with drugs like lyrica (pregabalin). Sometimes moderate to severe pain can betreated with drugs that are called nsaids . A drug such as diclofenac or toradol may be useful. There are also adjunctive medications such as antidepressants and anti epileptics that can be useful. Also depending on the cause of the pain invasive procedures may help.
