Suboxone: Cravings which occur after withdrawal can be severe and lead to relapse. If the causes of the addiction have been addressed (anxiety and depression have been treated), then Suboxone is a good answer. It is a type of opiate that stops cravings but does not cause euphoria and is usually not abused. It is intended for the long term treatment of addiction and specifically to stop opiate craving.
