What should i do if i have paranoias?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Paranoia ranges from mild to severe. Severe paranoia can be very disabling. I treated a patient who nailed windows shut & locked himself in his home for weeks. He needed medication & long term therapy. While some paranoia (or perhaps the word anxiety would be better) is unavoidable in these uncertain times, the issue is whether it substantially interferes w/ your ability to function.
