Talk to your Dr.: Discuss your progress or lack thereof with your prescribing physician. Maybe, a higher dose or another medication may be tried if there is no benefit on a higher dose of adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Titration: I agree with dr. Onuoha. Keep in mind that when a medication like adderral is started, it is usually started at a lower dose and then titrated upward (based on effect & possible side effects). This prevents the provider from overshooting an appropriate dose. So don't despair - just let your physician know.
