What should i do if i'm weeks pregnant and depressed?

Depression remedies: Include exercising, engaging in social interaction & engrossing activities, practicing gratitude, doing kind things for others, learning and practicing stress management, developing and committing to meaningful goals, avoiding negative thinking & negative comparisons with others, and talking to empathic & trusted people. If those aren't enough, talk to a mental health professional.

Pregnant & depressed: Please tell your OB you're having this problem. Also see a psychiatrist or psychologist. Depression during pregnancy is a very real challenge, and there are both helpful talk therapies and medications that are safe in pregnancy if absolutely needed. Ob and psychiatrist or psychologist (or all 3 if you have them) should work together to help you through this time. Please don't wait on this!
