Binge eating?: There is no easy cure for stress-associated binge eating (if that's what you're describing), but this is an entity (as are other eating disorders) with which a health professional can assist you. In the meantime, eating fewer calories, making better food choices when snacking, and more exercise will mitigate weight gain and reduce the "guilt.".
