Vaginal discharge: Pelvic inflamatory disease can present itself as you decribed, bacteria such as chlamyidia/neisseria gonorrheae can be acquired sexually and cause inflamation of ovaries, the fallopian tubes and vaginal discharge, lower abdominal pain, fever etc..., go see your doctor.
