Don't take it: Why are you taking estrogen in the first place at your age? Are you taking Progesterone as well? Estrogen will stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system and this could cause nausea. If you get symptoms from taking any supplement or hormone. This is your body's way of saying "don't take this, you do not need it".
