No: Headache associated with crawling sensation around your head is not typical of migraine or tension headache. It could just be psychological or real sensation that's triggered once you experience headache. I saw a patient with similar symptoms and his headache is from severe concussion. His head ct was normal. This patient gets nervous whenever he gets headache with tingling sensation in his face.
