8-9 months: Yogurt can be a healthy part of a baby's diet. Make sure you buy plain whole milk yogurt- babies need these fats, so no nonfat yogurt for them! also try to avoid buying the flavored varieties- plain is best and if you want to mix in some bananas or other fruit thats fine but the pre-flavored ones have too much added sugar for babies.
