26 (some say 28): Most people say there are 26 regular bones in a normal human foot. Some people add in 2 little sesamoid bones to make 28 total.

26: The tarsal bones are the talus, calcaneus, cuneiform 1 to 3, cuboid, and navicular. Then there are five metatarsals 1 to 5. The great toe has two phalanges, and the other four toes have three each. So that's 7+5+2+12=26 total bones in the foot.
