Nutrition & exercise: First, go see your family doc. Make sure your thyroid is normal. In fact, make sure you're otherwise healthy. Then focus on nutrition (and exercise). Not sure what medications you've tried in australia but no studies show herbs & teas to be useful in weight loss. Healthy nutrition eg mediterranean diet or something similar in reasonable serving sizes is key along w/regular exercise. Good luck!
