How long after eye muscle surgery do eye's appear straight?

Nearly immediately: The eyes should be relatively straight immediately following muscle surgery. Depending on the specific surgery as well as the patient's pre-operative condition, the eyes may not be able to be completely aligned, or may take longer to straighten.

Soon: It depends on the extent of your muscle surgery, but your eyes should appear relatively straight soon after the surgery, and then will continue to improve over the course of a few weeks. Speak to your strabismus surgeon for further details.
