Whats the best hormone patch to use with less side effects? i had a full hystorecomy 5 yrs ago never took nothing. cant handle hot flashes anymore

No "best" patch: All of the patches contain Estradiol which is then absorbed directly through the skin. You want to use the lowest dose patch that gives you adequate relief of symptoms. Some patches are once a week, some twice a week, and some may cause more skin irritation than others (but that varies with the individual).
