Too much formula: Much too much similac.Cut his intake down to 24 ounces. This way we will have more room for solids. As seven months he should be able to gum foods if cut into small portions.

Modify what U eat: At 7.5m a kid can have mashed up foods that you prepare for the rest of the family as long as you avoid egg white & chocolate until a year. Staple foods like beans/corn/potatoes/rice can all be mashed up at the table or bought in pureed form at the store. I limit infants to a maximum of 32 oz/day before table foods start & expect their formula decrease as foods are added.
