I ve bronciectasis and heard that its a progressive condition, how long can i expect to live?

Too hard to answer: This answer really depends on a host of factors including what is causing your bronchiectasis and the course of disease to present. Typically lung function decline in bronchiectasis is somewhat better than smokers and somewhat worse than non smokers. Prognosis for most bronchiectasis is fairly good. See your doc for your particulars.

See below: Usually, bronchiectasis itself isn't progressive. It's the underlying disease. Often though, people do pretty well with bronchiectasis, maybe having no issues at all.
