Not related?: I am not sure that the two problems are related. A frozen shoulder has reduced motion and you can start to use other muscles in the neck area to help elevate the arm. This could cause some neck pain, most likely in the side or back of the neck. If you are having pain in the front of the throat, or pain with jsut moving your neck, you should get it checked out by your doctor.

Not related: Frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis is a focal disorder that should not have any relation to pain in your throat.
