Generalized Anxiety: Anxiety disorders cover a wide spectrum of conditions but the most common features include: restlessness, excessive worry, easliy fatigued, difficulty concentrating, irritability, muscle tension and sleep disturbance. Sometimes the anxiety can be intense to the degree of panic attack which is a discrete period of fear and disconfort with physical symtoms and may last a few minutes.

Mainly it involves four axes of symptoms, cognitive (thoughts) , emotional (fear) behavioral ( avoidance) and physical such as shortness of breath, sweating, chest pain, tingling, dry mouth, hot flashes, chills, wobbly legs, cramps, diarrhea, tachycardia, shaking, nausea, and dizziness one can have any combination of them.

There R many signs: People often take their anxiety out on their body. For 1 person it leads 2 headaches or backaches 4 others it could involve stomach disorders. Having "heart aches" is another common complaint. Sometimes it's a metaphor 4 issues that r bothering u, i.e. relationships. Other signs, fidgetiness, nail biting, trouble sleeping, poor appetite, fatigue to name a few.
