Probably not: Tailbone fractures can be uncomfortable for a long time. (i still ache after sitting or cycling for long periods-& it's been 40 yrs!

Very unlikely as : Most serious problems do not cause pain there on and off but the pain is usually constant and progresses over time and is usually unrelated to any trauma or activity.
