I suspect there: May be a problem w how you're measuring your heart rate. If you're using a heart rate monitor, this is quite common. Check for poor contact w sensors (they even make a conductive gel-babump-that helps). Also check for electronic interference. If you're measuring your pulse manually, have someone else check it. 180bpm is so fast its hard to count. If your heart beats that fast, you should feel bad.
