How do i make a wrist phlebolith go away? do they go away on their own?

Possibly: A phlebolith is a calcium mass in the wall of a vein. Some proponents believe phleboliths can be self-treated - via hot compresses, prescription antiinflammatories and activity. However, deposited calcium is not going to mobilize itself out of tissue without chelation-type therapy or surgical removal. Phleboliths are generally benign, cause no harm and are not treated. If its a concern see a doc.

No: I suspect you have a venous valve issue...Heat to the area may resolve the issue...A true phlebolith in this are is unusual but completely harmless...I would not pursue removal in either case.
