Phlebolith: What you describe would generally be an incidental finding in a ct scan report. What i mean by that is...An incidental finding such as that should not be a health risk.

Phleboliths: Pelvic vein phleboliths are very common and are not dangerous and are not a health risk. Phleboliths are usually due to calcified small blood vessels and sometimes can be confused with kidney or ureteral stones. No treatment is necessary for them.
