Mood disorder: Might be worth taking an online screening questionnaire to see if there's a particular type of mood disorder that you may be dealing with. It might explain the irritability, trouble focusing, and heightened sexual interest. Not sure if the eye symptoms would be explainable on that basis, but rage especially might contribute.
