Walk: As simple as it sounds, taking a walk daily. Consider investing in a pedometer that tracks steps. First, record your average steps/day, then strive to increase by 1000 steps/day. Most people find they lose wgt if they consistently walk >10000 steps/day. Combine with a balanced diet, 5-11fruit/veggies/day, no soda, lattes, etc, for faster results. Weight watchers is a sensible, safe diet plan.
