Blood sugar levels: Vary somewhat throughout the day; elevations may be expected after a meal but should return to normal within a couple hours. If u experience low sugar symptoms & readings between meals, may be in early stages of diabetes. Can try eating 6 or more minimeals a day (protein, good fats, low glycemic carbs) & avoid sugary foods & drinks, which raise bs rapidly & allow levels to drop rapidly. C doc.
