Might be ovulation: It's possible that you are having the egg white discharge that accompanies ovulation. Lower abdominal pain during ovulation is called "mittelschmerz, " or "middle pain" in german. If this is all correct, it's a good time to get pregnant. If you don't want to get pregnant now, beware! use protection or don't have sex. Naturally, if the pain symptom persists, see your doctor.
