Feeling Hot: Feeling hot, and in pain, could point to a myriad of conditions. Without further information about your history, it is difficult to say. Some auto-immune disorders can present with pain and a sensation of heat, but so can thyroid problems, some infections, acute arthritis, and many others. If the symptoms don't clear in a day or two, i would suggest making an appointment with your doctor soon.

Many things: Could be prodromal phase of upcoming viral fever or could be nothing and will go away shortly. If it doesn't please see your pcp.
