You should call your: Doctor right away. Your heart rate is abnormally fast, suggesting a rhythm disturbance and maybe stress ischemia. Get an ekg, get worked up and medicated. If you are having ongoing chest pain with tachycardia, i would recommend an immediate appointment or an er visit.
