A member asked:

I have ebv, can i use creatine monhydrate?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cannot see why not: Creatine monohydrate is a dietary supplement that athletes and bodybuilders use to increase high intensity exercise performance, increase strength, have fuller looking muscles, increase body mass and have faster post workout muscle recovery. Ebv produces infectious mononucleosis and other diseases but should not influence whether one ingests creatine.
