Yes: I see no reason not to give a toddler milk when febrile. This old myth probably gains followers because some of the kids have fever first & start barfing later. The milk takes a bit longer to digest & curdles due to normal stomach acid. If they barf, they usually blame the milk, though it is really the nature of the illness.
