Not likely. Possible: There are many other possible and more common causes of recurrent uti, s other than bladder or gyn cancer. While those tumors can cause UTI like symptoms as well as uti, s, if u have routine paps smears and no other symptoms, like bleeding or pain or continued urinary symptoms between infections, then cancer is very unlikely to b the cause.

May be: Bladder cancer may present with blood in urine and recurrent cystitis or UTI . Cervical cancer depends on staging cause UTI symptoms .This are associated symptoms with cancer it does not mean that if you have UTI look for cancer!
